The staff was nice and outstandingly accommodating at all times. Location : the hotel was not far from Mule Days in Bishop, Bishop-keep driving to the next town and north and south lakes. Besides, it was 1 mile away from Laws Railroad Museum.

Did have a problem with the reservation. The king room was not available as reserved and a queen bed room substituted without mention at check- in. Upon going back to the office, the clerk then offered a room with two double beds. Did not find that acceptabe. The clerk, who was trying to work with us, went into the "back" several times to talk with someone and finally with my assertiveness and cajoling, we were given a suite with a king bed. Though I was happy with the upgrade I remain unhappy with the exchange. The motel maintained that they were operating within Booked.net guidelines. I have now read the Terms and Conditions and see nothing to support the motel's substitution. Honestly I feel like the motel was not taking responsibility for their lack of the promised room. My lesson: always call the motel before making a reservation to ensure that the room is actually available.

comfortable room but needs outdoor seating
The beautiful king room felt very modern and offered a high level of comfort. Amenities like the complimentary toiletries were a thoughtful touch that I appreciated. I especially enjoyed the large TV that had access to streaming services like Netflix, made unwinding in the evening easy after a long day.
The outdoor area.

I didn't expect much luxury, but I ended up paying over $100 for a night at a room that was not very clean, with visibly worn-out furniture and an old TV set. The so-called-breakfast was quite a joke since it was served at a small and crammed room next to the pool and It included coffee, a bottle of OJ and a bottle of milk in a small fridge. I must admit that I didn't even bother squeezing in with other guests for such poor choice of foods. Why advertise that as "breakfast?" It would be much more honest to say that you only offer free coffee. Also, the motel is relatively far from the few restaurants and other attractions on Bishop's main street. Not a good value overall.

Excellent value for the price. This is an older facility and there is no way around that. However, it is clean and well maintained...everything works properly. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was very minimal and the coffee ran out an hour before it was over.

Couldn't recommend more for shopping.
Comfortable room, convenient location, with free Wi-Fi in rooms and a tv, made our stay enjoyable while we explored the area.
Nothing could be improved.

We really liked our king size bed room, the room had everything we were looking for including a bath and cable, wifi. We will definitely come back to stay, the only thing that we wish was that prices could be even lower because after tax and pet fees it's just as much as some of the other hotels in bishop. Perhaps if you are staying more then 2 days you can get a better deal on price per night? Other then our low budget it was a pleasant stay, and Danny at reception was very nice! - lindsey

The Beautiful Quadruple Room was spacious, allowing our family and newborn to settle in comfortably. The view of the mountains from our room added a peaceful touch to our vacation. The beds were surprisingly comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep.
My kids wished for a playground on the hotel.
